On Wednesday, 1^st February, 81 students took part in the UKMT Intermediate Maths Challenge.  It is a 60-minute, multiple-choice challenge.  It encourages mathematical reasoning, precision of thought, and fluency in using basic mathematical techniques to solve interesting problems.  The problems on the Challenge are designed to make students think. 

To recognise the highest performances in the Challenge, the top-scoring 50% of participants are awarded Bronze, Silver and Gold certificates in the ration 3:2:1.  Congratulations to everyone who took part.
